Well, Court case went well. Basically a waste of time, but nonetheless, it's over and done with now.

The other tool brought everything I needed for my case as evidence, so that was nice of him. Then he proceded to get up on the stand in front of the judge, with his photo's and measurements clearly showing over 200 meters of clear visibility (even more if you look through the gaps in the trees) And said how he was nearly across the road, and I was less than 50 meters away when he first saw me.

Anyway, I believe my insurance company were trying to settle with him at 80%, The Judge awarded 90%, so he is worse off there, and now has legals and court costs and expenses etc on top of that.

I'm not quite sure how maintaing the speed limit and minding my own buisness makes me 10% liable, but aparrently it does......

Anyway, That should be the end of it now, I can continue re-building the car and hopefully get it finished soon, and back on the road where it should be.

It's now 17 months (on Monday) since this nasty chain of events all began.

Makes you wonder what motivates some people doesn't it...

I am guessing %10 is for not getting out of bed and telling yourself is was a good day for an accident.

La la laa laaa.... on the road again... (hmm might be before your time).

Yep, Colour is a surprise. Stand by.

As of last week the car was fully prepped and primed and ready to go, Should have colour this week hopefully.

Then try and remember where everything goes.

It will have been off the road for 3 years on the 15th of march.

Same thought here Juzza... Not for a class act 32 though.

We wait with bated breath, hint? Stock colour Dan?

I reckon this one deserves to be black.

I reckon for a '32, keep it original mate. OEM paint, can't go wrong really. The OEM paint it came out with, v.high quality paint. Immaculate I think.

Dan has already told me it is not that colour Richo.

But it sounds like a pretty cool one that he has picked.
